摘要
本文考察了自上而下加工和自下而上加工两种不同的突显对二语代词理解的影响。研究发现,动词类型对未习得组和习得组学习者的代词理解结果均有影响,而代词颜体(颜色与字体)突显只影响未习得组学习者的代词理解结果,且两种突显在未习得阶段的代词理解结果上有边缘显著的交互作用。本文在竞争模型框架下,用频率效应和注意力假设对结果进行了分析,揭示了突显在二语代词学习中的作用。
The present study investigates the roles of top-down salience and bottom-up salience in the interpretation of English pronouns in Chinese students.This paper finds that verb types affect the results of pronoun comprehension in both pronoun-acquired and pronoun-unacquired learners,while the color and boldness of pronouns only show a significant effect in the results of students who haven’ t acquired pronouns.Furthermore,the two types of saliences have a marginal significant interaction effect in the interpretation results of the lower-level learners.Within the framework of competition model,the results are discussed based on frequency effect and notice hypothesis,indicating the significance of salience in second language learning.
