脱硫废水萃取脱氯工作原理与技术分析 被引量:8

摘要 萃取法脱氯因其具有低成本、副产物可综合利用等优势,发展前景良好。目前,萃取法脱氯在冶金、石油化工等领域均有应用案例,所选用的萃取剂多以有机胺为主体;萃取脱氯的关键在于萃取剂的利用率以及萃取剂的再生效率。本文以燃煤电厂湿法脱硫(FGD)工艺中的脱硫废水为研究对象,通过高效萃取剂配方的筛选、萃取脱氯过程的程序化控制、萃取剂的再生和副产物的综合利用等有效措施,采用萃取法处理实现脱硫废水中高浓度氯离子的有效脱除。 Extraction dechlorination has a good prospect due to its advantages of low cost and comprehensive utilization of by-products. At present, extraction dechlorination has been applied in metallurgy, petrochemical industry and other fields, where organic amines are the main extractants used. The key of extraction dechlorination lies in the utilization of extractant and the regeneration efficiency of extractant. This article regards the desulfurization wastewater in wet desulfurization(FGD) process in coal-fired power plants as the research object, achieves effective removal of high concentration of chloride ion in the desulfurization wastewater through effective approaches such as screening of effective extractant formula, extraction process of dechlorination of procedural control, regeneration of the extraction agent, and comprehensive utilization of by-products.
