摘要
结合地方应用型本科院校的新工科建设,阐述了新工科内涵与人才培养目标的关系;结合"池州学院天赐班"教学模式,即材料化学专业学生三年在校内进行专业系统学习、一年到企业进行实习实训,阐述了"3+1"人才培养模式的运行机制,初步构建了"3+1"的工科教学平台,探讨了课程培养体系,以利于学生实践能力和创新能力的培养。
Aiming at the local application-oriented universities, under the dual background of emerging engineering education and new era, this paper clarifies the relationship between the connotation of new subjects and the goal of personnel training. With the operation mechanism of "3+1" mode, the study preliminarily constructs the "3+1" teaching platform, and probes into the curriculum training system, so as to facilitate the cultivation of practical and innovative abilities.
