[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for enhancing university library think tank service.[Method/process]The paper introduces the relevant theories of linked data,analyzes the advantages of introducing linked data into the think tank service of university library,constructs the think tank service model of university library,and puts forward some guarantee measures for the think tank service of university library.[Result/conclusion]The model promotes the deep integration of internal and external resources of university library,enables users to access think tank resources all day,and improves the service level of think tank of university library.
