摘要
目的通过活性指导分离法研究加州楤木(Aralia californica)地上部位的抗真菌活性物质基础。方法采用色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及核磁共振波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构;纸片扩散法评价化合物的抑真菌活性。结果从加州楤木地上部位的甲醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,经鉴定分别为Falcarindiol(1)、Chrysothol(2)、Germacrane alcohol(3)、Teucladiol(4)、Teuclatriol(5)、Artabotrol(6)、macrocarp‐11(15)‐en‐8‐ol(7)、D‐aromadendrane‐4β、10α‐diol(8)、Spathulenol(9);活性研究结果显示化合物1对新生隐球菌具有较好的抑制活性,IC50值为9.9μg/mL。结论化合物1为聚乙炔类化合物,化合物2~9为倍半萜类化合物;化合物1~9均是首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study antifungal compounds from the aerial parts of Aralia californica by bioassay‐guided isolation.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic techniques.The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of physiochemical property and spectroscopic data.Moreover,the antifungal activity of compound 1-9 was tested and evaluated by the CLSI disk diffusion method.Results Nine compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of the aerial parts of A.californica,and the structures were identified as Falcarindiol(1),Chrysothol(2),Germacrane alcohol(3),Teucladiol(4),Teuclatriol(5),Artabotrol(6),Macrocarp‐11(15)‐en‐8‐ol(7),D‐aromadendrane‐4β,10α‐diol(8),Spathulenol(9).Compound 1 displayed potent antifungal activity against Cryptococcus neoformans with IC50 values of 9.9μg/mL.Conclusion Compound 1 was polyacetylene,compounds 2-9 were sesquiterpenoids.Compounds 1-9 are firstly isolated from the genus Aralia.
