基于受众需求的老年社区规划与老年公寓设计探索

Exploration on Community Planning and Apartment Design for the Elderly Based on Audience Demand

在老龄化加速发展背景下,养老服务需求日益凸显。本文开展老年社区及养老建筑多重设计主体参与规划设计模式探索,通过问卷调查、观察访谈等方式解读本地老年群体对社区与建筑的空间使用满意度,在受众需求数据统计的基础上,以东莞养老项目为例,在设计上呼应老年人对居住、交往、活动空间的使用要求,从建筑物理环境营造、居住单元适老化设计、便捷高效的交往空间创造、活动场地多样化设计等方面出发,探索开放型老年社区规划与适老公寓设计策略,是为规划设计促进积极老龄化的一次有益探索。

Under the background of the accelerated development of aging,the demand for old-age service is increasingly prominent.This paper seeks the mode of planning and design involving multiple design subjects,and analyzes the satisfaction of the local elderly population on the use of space in the community and buildings by means of questionnaire survey,observation and interview,etc.On the basis of the audience demand survey data,taking the old-age care project in Dongguan city as an example,the design echoes the elderly's requirements for living,communication and activity space.From the aspects of building physical environment,residential unit aging design,convenient and efficient communication space creation,activity site diversification design and so on,it is a beneficial exploration to promote active aging for planning and design.
