While the view of conflict between Islam and human rights usually resorts to the interpretation of cultural and conceptual differences, the emergence of human rights as a kind of public theory related to international practice and the post-secular theory provides new theoretical visions for getting rid of the conflict view.Three contemporary Arab Scholars of human rights—Mohammad Abed Al-Jabri,Abdullahi A.An-Na’im andİoanna Kuçuradi—manifested their justifications for the universality of human rights and provided their responses to cultural particularity and secularism, promoting the integration of the best parts of Islamic cultural thought with human rights discourse.
