摘要
[目的/意义]对在线健康信息搜寻行为效果进行研究,为提升用户在线健康信息搜寻行为效果提供参考意见。[方法/过程]基于系统评价法,借助NVivo12软件对33份文献进行整理归纳,梳理在线健康信息搜寻行为效果影响因素,构建在线健康信息搜寻行为效果影响因素理论模型。[结果/结论]用户在线健康信息搜寻行为效果受个人实施成本、个人心理因素、信息因素及人口统计学特征影响。据此,从系统导向和用户导向总结相关启示并绘制在线健康信息搜寻行为效果生态环模型。
[Purpose/significance] To study the effect of online health information seeking behavior,to provide reference for improving the effect of online health information seeking behavior.[Method/process] Based on the system evaluation method,with the help of NVivo 12 software,33 literatures were sorted out,and the influencing factors of online health information seeking behavior effect were sorted out,and the theoretical model of influencing factors of online health information seeking behavior effect was constructed.[Result/conclusion] The effect of users’ online health information seeking behavior is affected by personal implementation cost,personal psychological factors,information factors and demographic characteristics.Based on this,this paper summarizes the relevant enlightenment from the system orientation and user orientation,and draws the ecological environment model of online health information seeking behavior effect.
