面向表层能量调控的轻质装配式建筑双层表皮原型设计研究——以寒冷地区对比实验平台为例 被引量:5

摘要 轻质装配式建筑是一种具备可持续应用潜力的新型技术体系,然而当前“重建构”而“轻能量”的实践研究趋势已成为其发展的制约瓶颈。对此,立足于“表层能量调控”新视角,以轻质装配式建筑双层表皮系统为研究对象,因循“提取—实验—整合”路径开展原型设计研究。基于案例调研提取双层表皮“建构原型”,并依托位于寒冷地区(天津)的对比实验平台开展多系列对比实验,分别得到适应其夏冬气候的“最优组合”。针对两种组合构造差异悬殊的问题,进一步提取双层表皮“通用原型”,使其可依托相同的建构物质载体,同步兼顾夏冬差异化气候能量的应答,进而重构轻质装配式建筑的“建构—能量”整合关联,为我国轻质装配式建筑发展提供局部气候样本与数据支撑。 Lightweight Prefabricated Building(LPB)is a potential new building technology system oriented to sustainable development and application.However,the neglect of energy performance in practice and research has restricted its development.In this regard,standing on a new perspective of“surface energy regulation and control”,a design research of Double-Skin Facade(DSF)prototype for LPB is carried out following the path of“extraction-experiment-integration”.After plenty of case studies,the tectonic prototype of DSF is successfully extracted and applied on a comparative experimental platform in Cold Zone(Tianjin).By executing multiple series of field comparative experiments,the“optimal combination”DSF prototypes in summer and winter are generated respectively.Considering the significant tectonic differences between two combinations,a DSF“universal prototype”is further promoted,which can effectively response to the opposite seasonal climate based on a same tectonic system with very few manual operation,leading to a deeper integration of“Tectonics-Energy”.
