建筑规划设计因子对住区建筑室外风环境的综合影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用多元线性回归方法研究分析建筑布局、建筑高度、建筑密度三种建筑规划设计因子对室外风环境的综合影响,以舒适风面积占比为评价指标,探讨各建筑规划设计因子与舒适风面积占比的相关性,通过显著性检验和因素主次判断得到各建筑规划设计因子共同作用时的函数关系和权重排序,结果显示:建筑布局、建筑高度与住区舒适风面积占比成正相关,根据回归系数大小确定权重排序为:建筑布局>建筑高度;建筑密度相对于建筑布局和建筑高度而言,对住区舒适风面积占比的影响不够显著。 The paper uses multiple linear regression methods to study and analyze the comprehensive impact of three architectural planning and design factors,such as building layout,building height and building density,on the outdoor wind environment,using the proportion of comfortable wind area as an evaluation standard to explore relevance of the building design factors and wind environment evaluate index,the paper obtains the function relationship and weight ranking of the building design factors through the significance test and the primary and secondary judgments of the factors.The results show that building layout and building height are positively related to the proportion of comfortable wind area,and the weight of the impact on the proportion of comfortable wind area is ranked as:building layout is greater than building height;building density has no significant effect on the proportion of comfortable wind area compared with building layout and building height.
