某地区护士灾害准备度现状及影响因素

Status quo and influencing factors of disaster preparedness of nurses in a certain area

目的了解某地区临床护士灾害准备度现状,分析其影响因素,为提高临床护士灾害准备度提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法,使用护士灾害准备度调查问卷,于2018年8月以网络问卷的方式抽取某市4所三甲医院的临床护士250名进行调查。结果该地区临床护士灾害准备度平均分(198.37±36.48)分,处于中等水平,量表3个维度得分由高到低依次是:灾害技能、灾害知识和灾害管理;护士的年龄、救灾经历和灾害培训是灾害准备度的影响因素。结论该地区临床护士灾害准备度仍有提升空间,应将灾害护理教育的相关理论知识与培训演练相结合以提高临床护士灾害准备度。

Objective To understand the status quo of disaster preparedness of clinical nurses in a certain region and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving the disaster preparedness of clinical nurses.Methods In August 2018,250 clinical nurses from 4 Grade A hospitals in a city were selected for the survey by means of the convenience sampling method and the questionnaire on nurses'disaster preparedness.Results The average score of clinical nurses'disaster preparedness in the region was(198.37±36.48),which was at a medium level.The scores of the three dimensions of the scale from high to low were:disaster skills,disaster knowledge and disaster management.Nurses'age,disaster relief experience and disaster training were the factors influencing disaster preparedness.Conclusions There is still room to improve the disaster preparedness of clinical nurses in this area.It is necessary to combine the theoretical knowledge of disaster nursing education with training exercises to improve the disaster preparedness of clinical nurses.
