摘要
通过分析负压控制房间的温度、湿度、洁净度、压力等参数,根据负反馈控制原理调节总送排风管道上变频器频率,根据房间高低态运行工况控制送风两态阀,以及根据房间压差控制排风变风量阀等组合式PID调节方法进行压差和定向流控制。搭建系统监控平台实现各房间负压控制要求,满足负压梯度和定向流及其他参数要求,有效避免交叉感染。
Through the analysis of the temperature,humidity,cleanliness,pressure and other parameters of a negative pressure control room,based on the negative feedback control principle,obtains the control of the pressure difference and directional flow by combined PID adjustment methods,including adjusting the converter frequency of the general supply and exhaust pipes.controlling the two-state air supply valve by the high-low operating conditions of the room,and controlling the variable exhaust air volume valve according to the room pressure difference.Sets up a system monitoring platform to realize the negative pressure control requirements of each room,meet the negative pressure gradient,directional flow and other parameter requirements,and effectively avoid cross-infection.
