摘要
英国通过建设弹射中心为其处于全球创新领导者的地位奠定了坚实基础。本文以英国弹射中心为研究对象,围绕创新生态系统运行模式中的创新主体、创新要素和创新环境,分析其发展动力、协同共生、资源整合、环境匹配和利益分配五个方面的运行模式。当前,中国国家技术创新中心建设存在未形成核心创新集群、缺乏有效的机制连接创新链、创新环境支撑作用不够明显等问题。中国可借鉴英国成功经验,在创新生态系统视角下,应重塑企业集群创新组织形态,搭建国家技术创新中心协同共生创新平台,优化国家技术创新中心生态环境,以助推国家技术创新中心建设。
By building the catapult center,the UK has laid a solid foundation for its position as a global innovation leader.This paper takes the UK Catapult Center as the research object,and focuses on the innovation subject,innovation elements and innovation environment in the operation mode of the innovation ecosystem to analyze its operation mode from five aspects,namely,development motivation,collaborative symbiosis,resource integration,environment matching and benefit distribution.At present,China’s construction of the national center for technology innovation does not form the core innovation cluster,it lacks effective mechanism to connect innovation chain,and innovation environment support is not enough.Learning the successful experiences from the UK from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,it is necessary for China to reshape the innovation organization form of enterprise cluster,build the collaborative innovation platform of national technology innovation center,optimize the ecological environment of national technology innovation center,and promote the construction of national technology innovation center.
