牛磺酸与盐酸托莫西汀联用对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍模型大鼠的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价牛磺酸与盐酸托莫西汀联合用药对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)模型大鼠的多动行为及智力发育的影响。方法选择幼年期自发性高血压大鼠作为ADHD模型,通过开场实验、Y迷宫实验、生化指标检测研究ADHD大鼠的动物行为学。结果 ADHD大鼠进入旷场实验箱中央区的次数明显高于正常对照组。与模型组比较,牛磺酸与盐酸托莫西汀联用可有效抑制ADHD大鼠的多动行为和提高大鼠的学习能力,且各种生化指标无明显改变。结论牛磺酸与盐酸托莫西汀联用能较好地改善ADHD大鼠的多动现象和学习能力。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of taurine combined with Tomoxetine hydrochloride on children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) model rats. METHODS Spontaneously hypertensive rats was established as the ADHD model.Behavior of rats was studied by Open field test,Y maze test and biochemical index test. RESULTS Number of ADHD model rats entering the central region of open field test box was significantly higher than that of normal control group. Compared with model group,taurine combined with Tomoxetine hydrochloride could effectively inhibit hyperactivity and improve learning ability of ADHD model rats,and no significant changes were observed in various biochemical indexes. CONCLUSION Taurine combined with Tomoxetine hydrochloride can improve hyperactivity and learning ability of ADHD model rats.
