Study on the anti-depressant activity of blueberry extracts

摘要 目的探讨蓝莓不同极性部位提取物的抗抑郁活性。方法采用75%乙醇浸提法提取新鲜蓝莓,提取液过滤、浓缩后,用大孔树脂进行初步分离,得到不同极性部位的蓝莓提取物。制备小鼠抑郁模型,以盐酸氟西汀为阳性对照药,考察蓝莓不同部位提取物对抑郁小鼠悬尾、强迫游泳行为绝望的累积不动时间和糖水偏好率的影响。结果与空白对照组及各组试验前比较,氟西汀、蓝莓粗提取物(200、600、800 mg·kg^(-1))、50%乙醇部位(100、200、300 mg·kg^(-1))均可显著提升抑郁小鼠的糖水偏好,显著缩短小鼠悬尾和游泳的不动时间,差异具有统计学意义。结论蓝莓提取物具有显著的抗抑郁作用,其有效成分主要集中在50%乙醇流分部位。 OBJECTIVE To investigate antidepressant activity of different polar parts of blueberry extracts. METHODS Fresh blueberry was extracted,filtered and concentrated by 75% ethanol extraction. The concentrated solution was separated by macroporous resin,and the blueberry extracts from different polar parts were obtained. Mice depression model was established,and Hydrochloric acid fluoxetine was used as a positive medicine. The effects of the blueberries extracts from different polar parts on depression mice tail suspension and forced swimming behavior of fixed time and accumulated mice sugar water preference rate were studied. RESULTS Compared with the blank control group and before administration,Fluoxetine,blueberry extracts( 200,600,800 mg·kg^(-1)) and 50% ethanol flow( 100,200,300 mg·kg^(-1)) could significantly improve sugar water preference of the model mice and significantly shorten the tail suspension and swimming immobility time of the mice,with statistical significance. CONCLUSION Blueberry extracts have significant antidepressant effects,and its active components are mainly concentrated in the 50% ethanol fraction.
