摘要
目的采用HPLC法同时测定伤风停胶囊中的盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、甘草苷、甘草酸和欧前胡素。方法色谱柱为Thermo Hypersil Gold-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(含0.1%NH4Cl溶液),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长为210(0~20 min)、276(20~40 min)、250(40~65 min) nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、甘草苷、甘草酸和欧前胡素的线性范围分别为3.246~32.46、2.595~25.95、3.866~38.66、8.255~82.55、0.8944~8.944μg·mL^(-1),平均回收率分别为101.16%、95.84%、100.74%、98.17%、97.59%,RSD分别为1.65%、0.63%、1.08%、1.82%、2.18%。结论所用方法准确、稳定、重复性好,可用于伤风停胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To simultaneously detect ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid and imperatorin in Shangfengting capsules by HPLC. METHODS The analysis was performed on a Thermo Hypersil Gold-C_(18)( 250 mm( 4. 6 mm,5 μm) )column,which used a mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid( containing 0. 1% NH4Cl) by gradient elution at flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min^(-1). The column temperature was set at 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm( 0-20 min),276 nm( 20-40 min) and 250 nm( 40-65 min). RESULTS A good linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,liquiritin,glycyrrhizic acid and imperatorin was achieved in the range of 3. 246-32. 46 μg·mL^(-1),2. 595-25. 95 μg·mL^(-1),3. 866-38. 66 μg·mL^(-1),8. 255-82. 55 μg·mL^(-1),0. 8944-8. 944 μg·mL^(-1),respectively. The average recovery of five components was 101. 16%( RSD = 1. 65%),95. 84%( RSD =0. 63%),100. 74%( RSD = 1. 08%),98. 17%( RSD = 1. 82%) and 97. 59%( RSD = 2. 18%),respectively.CONCLUSION The method is accurable,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Shangfengting capsules.
