摘要
中药由中药材、中药饮片和中药制剂组成,中药材只有经过炮制变为中药饮片才能应用于临床,其种植、产地初加工、炮制、贮存等任何环节出问题都将影响其临床疗效。中药的炮制会影响中药材的性味、升降浮沉、归经、毒性等。现对广东、安徽、湖南、内蒙古、福建、新疆等省区的6个培训基地的中药炮制特色技术进行了浅析。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)composed of TCM materials,decoction pieces and preparations.Chinese herbal medicine can only be used in clinical practice if it is processed into Chinese herbal pieces.If there is any problem in the planting,primary processing,processing,and storage,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine will be affected.The processing of TCM materials will affect nature and taste of Chinese medicine,as well as ascending descending,floating sinking,meridian tropism and toxicity.In this review,the characteristics of TCM processing technology,including Guangdong,Anhui,Hunan,Inner Mongolia,Fujian and Xinjiag,were preliminarily analyzed.
