益精补肾方结合二甲双胍及炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of Yijing Bushen Recipe plus metformin,ethinylestradiol and cyproterone for polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探讨益精补肾方结合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片及二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的临床价值。方法:选取180例PCOS患者随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组90例,对照组在PCOS基础治疗上予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和二甲双胍治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上予以加用益精补肾方治疗。比较2组患者促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)水平和胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平、排卵情况,同时分析其临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果:(1)研究组患者治疗后其LH、FSH、T和血清内脂素水平较对照组明显降低,E2明显升高(P<0.05);(2)研究组患者治疗后其糖代谢指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);(3)研究组临床总有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组(77.78%)(P<0.05);(4)研究组其治疗后排卵率(92.22%)和妊娠率(77.71%)均明显高于对照组83.33%和62.22%(P<0.05);(5)研究组其不良反应发生率(3.33%)较对照组(11.11%)低(P<0.05)。结论:益精补肾方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和二甲双胍治疗PCOS患者具有一定的安全性,不仅可以显著改善患者的性激素水平、胰岛功能,还可以提高其排卵率和妊娠率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical efficacy of Yijing Bushen Recipe plus ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets and metformin for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).METHODS A total of 180 PCOS patients were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control and study groups(n=90 each).Alcohol cyproterone tablets and metformin were prescribed for control group while Yijing Bushen Recipe added for treatment group.Luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estrogen(E2),testosterone(T),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),levels of insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),ovulation status,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.RESULTS(1)The levels of LH,FSH,T and serum visfatin were significantly lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05);(2)The glucose metabolic indices improved greatly(P<0.05);(3)The total effective rate was significantly higher in study group than that in control group(88.89%vs.77.78%,P<0.05);(4)The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were significantly higher than those in control group(92.22%vs.83.33%;77.71%vs.62.22%,P<0.05);(5)The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in study group than that in control group(3.33%vs.11.11%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Yijing Bushen Recipe plus ethinyl estradiol,progesterone tablets and metformin has a certain level of safety for PCOS patients.It can significantly improve sex hormone levels,boost islet function and improve ovulation and pregnancy rates.
