2018版《国家基本药物目录》与2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》中抗肿瘤药物目录的比较和分析

Comparison and analysis of the antineoplastics drugs list between National Essential Medicines List(2018)and WHO Model List of Essential Medicines(2019)

目的:分析2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》中抗肿瘤药物目录的变动情况,并将2018版《国家基本药物目录》与2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》中抗肿瘤药物目录的差异性进行比较,并结合我国基本国情和恶性肿瘤流行病学特征,为《国家基本药物目录》中抗肿瘤药物目录的科学调整和完善提供参考和建议。方法:比较两版目录中抗肿瘤药物的分类、品种、数量、剂型、规格等方面内容并进行汇总分析,对比各自的特点。结果:2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》收录抗肿瘤药物品种、适应症、规格及注解均有重要调整,2018版《国家基本药物目录》已有许多进步,但相比于2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》在品种、数量、剂型等方面仍有借鉴之处。结论:2018版《国家基本药物目录》抗肿瘤药物目录品种数目增幅较大,种类增多。两版目录在抗肿瘤药物规格上可以相互参照共同进步。2019版《世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单》抗肿瘤药物目录在品种、数量、剂型、儿童用药、生物类似药、免疫疗法等方面都有优势,可以为《国家基本药物目录》抗肿瘤药物目录的科学修订提供参考和建议。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the variations of antineoplastics drugs in the World Health Organization Model List of Essential Medicines(2019 WHO-EML)and compare the differences of antineoplastics drugs included between the National Essential Medicines List(NEML-2018)and 2019 WHO-EML,combining the current national conditions and epidemiological trends of malignant tumors,in order to provide references for the scientific adjustments and improvements of antineoplastics drugs within NEML.METHODS The categories,content,quantity of drugs,dosage forms,and specifications of antineoplastics drugs in NEML-2018 and 2019 WHO-EML were compared and their respective characteristics analyzed.RESULTS The contents,indications,specifications and annotations of antineoplastics drugs listed within 2019 WHO-EML have been significantly revised.NEML-2018 has improved in many aspects.However,further improvements were required in terms of quantity of drugs,dosage forms and specifications as compared to 2019 WHO-EML.CONCLUSION The quantity of antineoplastics drugs significantly increased and the categories also enriched in NEML-2018.NEML-2018 and 2019 WHO-EML complement each other on the specifications of antineoplastics drugs.2019 WHO-EML offers the advantages of quantity of drugs,pediatric agents,biomimics and immunotherapy.It provides references for a scientific revision of listing antineoplastics within NEML.
