摘要
目的探讨百令胶囊联合格列美脲对2型糖尿病患者炎症反应、血脂代谢及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(Cys C)水平的影响。方法选择医院收治的2型糖尿病患者94例,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组予格列美脲2~4 mg,po(早餐前),qd;观察组在对照组基础上予百令胶囊0.8g,po,tid。2组疗程均为12周。比较2组治疗前后炎性因子[血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平],血脂指标[高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和三酰甘油(TG)],Hcy、Cys C和糖代谢[空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)和餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)]变化以及药物不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-18、TC、LDL-C、TG、Hcy、Cys C、FBG、Hb A1c和2h PG水平低于对照组(P <0.05);HDLˉC高于对照组。2组治疗期间均未发生明显腹泻、头痛、恶心、呕吐、皮疹等不良反应。结论百令胶囊联合格列美脲可减轻2型糖尿病患者炎症反应,改善患者血脂代谢和糖代谢,且可降低血清Hcy和Cys C水平。
AIM To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with glimepiride on inflammatory factors, lipid metabolism and serum homocysteine(Hcy) and cystatin C(CysC) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. METHODS Totally 94 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=47) and control group(n=47). The patients in control group were given glimepiride 2-4 mg, po, tid before breakfast, while thd patients in observation group was given Bailing capsule 0.8 g, po, qd. The course of treatment of 2 groups was 12 weeks. The changes of inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-18(IL-18)], lipid metabolism [high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and triglyceride(TG) ], Hcy and CysC, glucose metabolism [fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)] and adverse drug reactions(ADRs) were compared before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-18, TC, LDL-C, TG, Hcy, CysC, FBG, HbA1 c and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);while HDL-C in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). No obvious ADRs such as diarrhea, headache, nausea, vomiting and rash occurred in 2 groups during the treatment. CONCLUSION Bailing capsule combined with glimepiride can reduce the inflammatory response, blood lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism, and reduce the serum Hcy and CysC levels.
