我院艾滋病门诊患者抗逆转录病毒药物知识水平现状及药学服务需求调查

Survey on the status of antiretroviral drug knowledge level and pharmacy services needs of AIDS outpatients in our hospital

目的了解艾滋病门诊患者抗逆转录病毒药物知识水平以及对药学服务的需求,为有针对性地开展和完善艾滋病药学服务工作提供参考。方法采用便利性抽样方法,于2019年9月至12月在医院就诊的艾滋病患者中随机抽取300例患者作为调查对象。采用自行设计的调查问卷开展艾滋病患者的抗逆转录病毒药物知识水平及药学服务需求调查。结果绝大多数的患者不能准确说出所服用药物的名称、剂量、作用机制以及常见不良反应。受调查的患者中90.6%的患者在药物治疗过程中遇到过问题,92.5%的患者愿意药师对其进行药学服务。患者希望了解的用药知识主要集中在药物不良反应及应对措施、漏服药的应对办法及提高依从性、药物的用法用量及注意事项等方面。结论艾滋病患者的抗逆转录病毒药物知识水平有待提高,他们对药学服务的需求也日益迫切。临床药师应积极搭建药学服务平台,针对艾滋病患者需求开展多模式的药学服务,提高其合理用药水平。

AIM To understand the knowledge level of antiretroviral drugs and the demand for pharmacy services for acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) outpatients, so as to provide references for the targeted development and improvement of the AIDS pharmacy services. METHODS Using convenience sampling method, 300 AIDS patients were randomly selected from September 2019 to December 2019. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge level of antiretroviral drugs and pharmaceutical care needs of AIDS patients. RESULTS The vast majority of patients cauldn’t accurately tell the name, dosage, mechanism of action, common adverse drug reactions. Among the investigated patients, 90.6% of patients had encountered problems during drug treatment, and 92.5% of patients were willing to be provided pharmaceutical care to them by pharmacists. The medication knowledge that patients wanted to know was mainly concentrated on adverse drug reactions and coping measures, coping strategies for missed medication and improving compliance, medication usage and precautions, etc. CONCLUSION AIDS patients’ knowledge level of antiretroviral drugs needs to be improved, and their demand for pharmaceutical care is also increasingly urgent. Clinical pharmacists should actively build pharmaceutical service platform, develop multi-mode pharmaceutical care according to the needs of AIDS patients, and improve their level of rational drug use.
