公共建筑燃料电池热电联供前景分析 被引量:3

摘要 燃料电池是氢能高效利用的重要途径,已在交通领域初步实现商业化应用,但鲜有用于国内建筑。国际上以日本的ENE-FARM项目和欧盟的ene.field项目、PACE项目为代表,正在推广燃料电池在家庭和小型商业建筑中的应用,并已取得了初步成效。同时美国和韩国部署了全球大部分的大型燃料电池发电或者热电联供项目。我国公共建筑能耗强度近年来持续增长且公共服务需求还存在一定的发展空间,如何创新这类建筑的供能方式,以应对不断增长的能源使用需求及其产生的二氧化碳排放问题,采用固定式燃料电池热电联供为公共建筑供能将是一种可供选择的新思路。公共建筑燃料电池热电联供的推广主要受限于设备成本及燃料使用成本,随着氢产业链的快速发展,当设备投资下降后以及"绿氢"来源有保障的情况下,公共建筑可以率先采用固定式燃料电池热电联供。 Fuel cell is an important way to efficiently utilize hydrogen energy.It has been commercialized in the field of transportation,butis seldom used in domestic buildings.Represented by ENE-FARM project in Japan andene.field project and PACE project in the European Union,the application of fuel cell in households and small commercial buildings is being promoted internationally,and preliminary results have been achieved.Meanwhile,the United States and South Korea have deployed most of the world ′ s large-scale fuel cell power generation or cogeneration projects.The energy intensity of public buildings in China has continued to growin recent years and there is still room for the development of public service demand.How to innovate the energy supply methods for such buildings to deal with the growing demand for energy use and the resulting CO2 emissions? Stationary fuel cell cogeneration will be a new alternative for the energy supply of public buildings.The promotion of fuel cell cogeneration for public buildings is mainly limited by equipment cost and fuel usage cost.With the rapid development of hydrogen industry chain,public buildings may take the lead in adopting stationary fuel cell cogeneration when the equipment investment drops and the source of green hydrogen is guaranteed.
