新场气田多层合采井低密度泡排球排水采气工艺

Drainage Gas Recovery Technology with Low-density Spherical Foaming Agent in Multi-layer Commingled Producing Well in Xinchang Gas Field

摘要 川西气田产水气井较多,已进入开发后期,多层合采井井身结构复杂导致下部积液严重,而传统泡排工艺不能解决该排液难题。针对这一突出问题,首先提出了一种低密度泡排球排水采气新工艺,配套研制了低密度固体泡排球,利用泡排球的小尺寸和滚动特点,提高药剂穿越滑套缩径处到达下部产层的能力,并利用低密度悬浮特点实现在动液位处高效起泡;其次从承压能力、与地层水的配伍性、携液能力3个方面对低密度固体泡排球的性能进行了室内评价;最后在6口多层合采井中开展了现场应用。评价表明,新药剂成型结构稳定,满足抗压5MPa的要求,并具有良好的携液性能。应用表明,新工艺比传统泡排投棒工艺的排液速度要更快,有效期也更长,累计增产18×10^(4)m^(3),在同类多层合采气井中具有较好的推广潜力。 There are many gas and water production wells in western Sichuan Basin.It has entered into later development period.Complex casing problem of the multi-layer commingled producing wells results in more liquid loading at the lower part,and traditional drainage gas recovery technology can ′ t solve it.So a new technology of drainage gas recovery with low-density spherical foaming agent is proposed,and a low-density solid spherical foaming agent is developed.Because of the characteristics of small size and rolling of the spherical foaming agent,the ability of the agent that reaching the lower part of the pay through the shrinkage of the slip sleeve is improved,and efficient foaming at dynamic liquid level may be realized for the characteristics of suspending at low density.Secondly,the performance of low-density solid spherical foaming agent is evaluated from three aspects :pressure bearing,compatibility with formation water and liquid carrying capacity.Finally,the field application is carried out in six multi-layer commingled producing wells.The evalua-tion shows that the new agent has stable structure,which meets the requirements at 5 MPa,and has good liquid carrying performance.The application shows that the new technology has faster drainage velocity than the traditional one of bar dropping for foam drainage with longer effective period and 18×10^(4)m^(3) cumulative production increases,which has the potential to be popularized in the same type of multi-layer commingled producing gas wells.
