摘要
为优化辽河油田压裂设计,使用抗压导流能力测试仪依照SY/T 6302—2009以及SY/T 5108—2006推荐方法对目前辽河油田现场所使用的20~40目、40~70目陶粒、石英砂以及同目数不同比例混合支撑剂进行了破碎率、导流能力测试,定义了现有支撑剂在不同闭合压力下的合理使用范围,实验结果表明:当闭合压力超过28MPa时,20~40目石英砂支撑剂破碎率大幅度上升,当闭合压力超过48MPa时,40~70目石英砂支撑剂破碎率大幅度上升。混合比例支撑剂的抗压抗破碎效果要好于单一种类石英砂支撑剂,闭合压力越高,效果越好。闭合压力范围在27.6~41.6MPa时,混入20~40目石英砂支撑剂比例为50%可保证在同目数下陶粒支撑剂的导流能力,在闭合压力不超过55.2MPa时为保证压裂效果及成本控制,可将40~70目石英砂支撑剂与同目数陶粒支撑剂按50%比例进行混合使用。
In order to optimize fracturing design, the crushing rate and conductivity of ceramsite at 20-40 mesh,40-70 mesh,quartz sand and mixed proppants with different proportions and same mesh currently used in Liaohe Oilfield are tested by pressure-conductivity detector according to recommended methods in SY/T6302-2009 and SY/T5108-2006.The reasonable application range of each proppant under different closing pressures is defined.The experimental results show that the crushing rate of quartz sand proppant at 20-40 mesh increases greatly when the closing pressure exceeds 28 MPa,and the crushing rate of quartz sand proppant at 40-70 mesh increases greatly when the closing pressure exceeds 48 MPa.The break strength of the proppant with mixed proportion is better than that of single quartz sand proppant.The higher closing pressure brings the better effect.When the closing pressure ranges from 27.6 to 41.6 MPa,the proportion of mixed quartz sand proppant at 20-40 mesh is 50%,which can ensure the conductivity of the ceramsite proppant under the same mesh.When the closing pressure does not exceed 55.2 MPa,quartz sand proppant at 40-70 mesh and ceramsite proppant under the same mesh can be mixed and used according to the proportion of 50% to ensure the fracturing result and cost control.
