外寄生虫丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 外寄生虫对人类以及动物的致病作用包括直接和间接两方面,如吸血、引起过敏、组织损伤和传播病原体等,因此具有重要的公共卫生意义。为了能够更好的防治外寄生,有必要从分子水平了解其重要的生理活动。serpin型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂是一种多功能分子,在生物体中广泛分布,在寄生虫-宿主-病原体相互作用中发挥着重要作用,主要参与吸血、消化、繁殖和免疫应答等生理过程。现就外寄生虫的serpin型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的结构、作用机制、功能等方面的研究进展作一综述。 The effects of ectoparasites on humans and animals include both direct and indirect aspects,such as blood-sucking,allergies,tissue damage,and transmission of pathogens.Therefore,they have important public health significance.Better control ectoparasites to depends on further understanding their important physiological activities at the molecular level.Serine protease inhibitors(Serpins)are multifunctional proteins distributed ubiquitously in organisms,mainly involve in blood feeding,digestion,reproduction and immune response etc,playing an crucial role in the intercation of parasite-host-pathogens.Here,we summarize the structure,mode of action and physiological function of ectoparasites’serpins.
