外源NO对NaCl胁迫下油松生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过研究不同供应NO方式对NaCl胁迫下油松生理特性的影响规律,为揭示NO对盐胁迫的生理响应机制和提高油松抗盐能力提供理论依据。试验在盆栽条件下,设置对照(T1)、NaCl处理(T2)、NaCl+1次土壤供NO(T3)、NaCl+2次土壤供NO(T4)、NaCl+喷施NO(T5)5个处理,3次重复。结果表明:T2与T1相比显著提高了生长季节内油松超氧阴离子、MDA(丙二醛)、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸含量,显著提高了SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)活性;NO与NaCl处理相比,5—6月,T3显著降低了超氧阴离子含量,8—9月T5显著降低了油松超氧阴离子和MDA含量;5—6月,T3与T2相比SOD活性显著提高了18.60%、14.03%,POD活性提高了34.07%、32.06%;8—9月T5 SOD活性比T2显著提高了15.77%、13.33%;POD活性提高了17.70%、15.75%;5月,T3与T2相比提高了游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量,8—9月T5与T2相比显著提高了两种渗透物质含量。综合分析认为,外源NO会改善油松生理特性并提高其抗盐能力。 By studying the effects of different NO supply methods on physiological characteristics of Pinus tabuliformis Carr. under NaCl stress, we aim to reveal the physiological response mechanism of NO to salt stress and to provide a theoretical basis for improving salt resistance of Pinus tabuliformis Carr.. A pot culture test was conducted, and 5 treatments of control(T1), NaCl treatment(T2), NaCl+one time soil supply NO(T3),NaCl+two times soil supply NO(T4), NaCl+spraying NO(T5) were set, repeating three times. The results showed that: compared with T1, T2 significantly increased the content of superoxide anion, MDA, soluble protein and free proline, and significantly enhanced the activity of SOD and POD;for NaCl and NO treatment,T3 significantly reduced the content of superoxide anion from May to June, and T5 significantly reduced the content of superoxide anion and MDA from August to September;from May to June, compared with T2, T3 increased SOD activity by 18.60% and 14.03%, respectively, and increased POD by 34.07% and 32.06%,respectively;from August to September, T5 had higher SOD activity than T2 by 15.77% and 13.33%,respectively, and higher POD activity by 17.70% and 15.75%, respectively;in May, compared with T2, T3 increased the content of free proline and soluble protein, and from August to September, T5 significantly increased the content of two osmotic substances compared with T2. According to the analysis, exogenous NO can improve the physiological characteristics of Pinus tabuliformis Carr. and its salt resistance.
