丛枝菌根真菌、根瘤菌和解磷细菌之间相互作用的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 在生物圈中,合作是普遍存在的,对于不同物种之间合作的研究,人们也做出了许多努力。研究发现,丛枝菌根真菌(Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF)、根瘤菌和解磷细菌对植物和土壤发挥着积极的作用。本文主要研究了AMF、根瘤菌和解磷细菌之间的合作共生关系及其相互作用,并归纳了接种AMF、解磷细菌和根瘤菌对植物生长、土壤修复和微生物生长的影响。总结了该三种微生物双接种的优势,进一步分析了AMF、解磷细菌和根瘤菌三者之间的相互作用,以及接种后对植物生长和周围土壤状况的影响。最后,提出了对AMF、解磷细菌和根瘤菌之间相互作用的主要研究方向。 In the biosphere, cooperation is universal, and a lot of efforts have been made on cooperation research of different species. Researchers have found that Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF), rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria play a positive role in plants and soil. This article mainly reviewed the cooperative symbiotic relationship and interaction of AMF, rhizobium and phosphate solubilizing bacteria,concluded the effects of inoculation with AMF, phosphate solubilizing bacteria and rhizobium on plant growth,soil remediation, and microbial growth, summarized the advantages of double inoculation of these three microorganisms, and further analyzed the interaction of AMF, phosphate solubilizing bacteria and rhizobia, and the effects of inoculation on plant growth and surrounding soil conditions. At last, the main research direction of the interaction of AMF, phosphate solubilizing bacteria and rhizobia were discussed.
