人才外联能力对创新创业绩效影响研究--基于社会网络联系视角

Study on the Influence of Talent Outreach Ability(TOA)on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Performance

本文从社会网络联系视角,采用回归定量分析方法,通过23个考核指标,对申报某省“双创人才”的123位创新创业人才的信息进行分析研究。结果表明:体现人才外联能力的人才年龄、学历层次、出国次数与创新创业绩效之间存在显著的正相关关系,其他因素则对创新创业绩效影响不显著。根据研究结果,提出三点建议:一是激励和支持青年人才开展多学科、多文化学习,为提升其创新创业能力奠定知识基础及多元思维;二是强化人才对于外语的学习与应用,为提升其对外联络能力和创新创业能力提供有力的语言支持;三是通过多种活动形式强化人才对外沟通交流能力,激发创新创业灵感。

Given the insight into social network connection, this paper selects 23 assessment indicators which reflecting Talent Outreach Ability(TOA) and uses Tobit regression quantitative analysis method to analyze 123 innovative and entrepreneurial candidates information in a provincial dual entrepreneurial talents project. The results indicate 3 TOA factors, namely talent age, talent education level and overseas study times, have a significant positive correlation between talents’ innovation entrepreneurship performance;other TOA factors show no significance on talents’ innovation entrepreneurship performance. Based on the results, the paper puts forward three suggestions. Firstly, support and expand multi-disciplines, and multi-culture study accesses for young talents to improve talent outreach ability and innovation entrepreneurship ability. Secondly, encourage and strengthen foreign language learning and application to provide strong language support for outreach and innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities improvement. Thirdly,strengthen talents ability of outreach communication and exchange to derive their inspiration for innovation and entrepreneurship through a variety of activities and a variety of forms.
