Overview on Integrated Energy Service Business Model Under Energy Internet

能源互联网引发了能源系统商业模式的深刻变革,在能源互联网背景下提供经济高效的综合能源服务是电网公司实现能源互联网企业转型的重要途径,因此选择合适的商业模式具有重要意义。文中首先介绍了面向能源互联网的综合能源服务及其商业模式,总结了国内外综合能源服务商业模式的典型案例。然后,从投资建设和销售盈利的角度综述了现有综合能源服务商业模式的服务对象、服务内容和盈利方式等。最后,对综合能源服务商业模式进行了展望,为电网公司提升能源效率、降低用能成本、促进竞争与合作提供了参考和借鉴。

Energy internet has revolutionized deeply the business model of energy system.The supply of economicand high efficient integrated energy service under the background of energy internet is an important way for powergrid to achieve the transformation of energy Internet enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to select the ap-propriate business model.In this paper,the integrated energy service and its business model for energy internet areintroduced and typical cases of integrated energy service business model both at home and abroad are summarized.Then,the service objects,service contents and profit methods of the existing integrated energy service business mod-el are described from the perspective of investment construction and sales profit.Finally,the integrated energy ser-vice business model is prospected to provide references for improving energy efficiency,reducing energy costs andpromoting competition and cooperation.
