土壤直埋单根电缆暂态温升热路模型的验证试验 被引量:7

摘要 为提高电缆暂态温升计算的便捷性与准确性,文[1]提出了一种新的集总参数模型,并通过仿真计算进行了验证。为进一步验证该模型结构及参数提取方法的可信性,发现实践中模型应用可能存在的问题,选取了两种不同类型、不同部位温度评估需求的电缆开展真型试验研究。试验过程中,模型计算结果与真型试验测试结果误差均小于3 K,能够满足运行的需要。验证试验结果表明,模型结构是合理的,参数提取方法是可信的;参数提取的数据基础不仅可来自于仿真计算,而且可以源于实测数据,这既丰富了数据来源,也可以避免环境结构复杂性对数值仿真精度的影响,从而提高了模型对复杂环境的适应性;针对不同部位暂态温度分析的需求,原有热路模型可进行灵活调整,参数求解方法不变,模型的便捷性与准确性不受影响。 For improving the convenience and accuracy of transient temperature rise of cable,a new lumped parame-ter model is proposed and verified through simulation calculation in this paper[1].For further verification of the mod-el structure and the credibility of parameter extraction method and identification of the problem in the model applica-tion in practice,the cable for two types and different position temperature evaluation is selected to perform the realtest study.During the test period,the errors of both calculation result of the model and the real test result are lessthan 3 K,which can meet the operation need.It is shown by the verified test result that the model structure is reason-able and the parameter extraction method is credible.The data base for parameter extraction is from not only simula-tion calculation,but also from the actually measured data which,in turn,enriches the data source,also avoids theinfluence of the complexity of ambient structure on the numerical simulation accuracy,thus improving the suitabilityof the model to the complicated environment.In view of the need of transient temperature analysis of different posi-tions,the original thermal circuit model can be adjusted flexibly.The parameter solution method remains unchangedand the convenience and accuracy of the model are free from influence.
