手术室医务人员职业压力情况调查及应对方式分析

Investigation of status and coping styles of occupational stress of medical staff in operating room

目的调查分析手术室医务人员职业压力情况及应对方式情况。方法选取某三甲医院92名手术室医务人员为观察组,另选92名其他科室医务人员为对照组,采用职业压力指标问卷(OSI-02)和简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)进行问卷调查。结果观察组医务人员的OSI-2问卷测评总均分为(3.37±0.56)分,高于对照组的(2.99±0.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的积极应对评分为(1.83±0.53)分,高于对照组的(1.69±0.45)分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的消极应对评分为(1.17±0.44)分,明显低于对照组的(1.64±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,手术室医务人员的OSI-2问卷测评总均分、工作负荷、家庭冲突、人际关系、个人责任、日常烦扰与积极应对方式呈负相关,与消极应对呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论手术室医务人员的职业压力水平较高,多采取积极应对方式。职业压力与积极压力明显负相关,与消极应对呈明显正相关,消极应对方式会增加医务人员的职业压力水平。

Objective To investigate and analyze the occupational stress and coping styles of medical staff in the operating room.Methods A total of 92operating room medical staff from a third-grade A hospital were selected as the observation group,and another 92medical staff from other departments as the control group.The occupational stress index questionnaire(OSI-2)and the simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)were used for the survey.Results The total score of medical staff in the observation group was(3.37±0.56),which was higher than(2.99±0.51)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive response score of the observation group was(1.83±0.53),higher than that of the control group(1.69±0.45),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The negative response score of the observation group was(1.17±0.44),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.64±0.56),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total mean score,workload,family conflict,interpersonal relationship,personal responsibility,and daily hassles assessed by the operating room medical staff in the OSI-2questionnaire were negatively correlated with positive coping style,while positively correlated with negative coping style(P<0.05).Conclusions The occupational stress level of medical staff in operating room is relatively high,and most of them adopt positive coping style.Occupational stress is negatively correlated with positive stress and positively correlated with negative coping style,which will increase the occupational stress level of medical staff.
