摘要
目的探讨在消毒供应室实施PDCA循环管理对质量控制及医院手术器械感染率的影响。方法选择消毒供应室护理管理工作人员30名,于2018年7月—2018年12月实施常规管理,于2019年1月—2019年6月实施PDCA循环管理,均选用骨科手术相关器械200件,比较实施前后管理质量评分、科室满意度及医院手术器械感染率。结果实施后,包装质量评分为(95.63±3.74)分、医疗器械管理评分为(96.57±2.07)分、环境管理评分为(97.02±2.43)分、消毒清洗评分为(97.10±2.34)分,均高于实施前得分[(92.15±4.73)分、(92.51±4.45)分、(93.90±4.60)分、(92.69±4.89)分],(P值均<0.05);实施后满意度为100%(30/30),高于实施前的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.630,P=0.010);实施后手术器械感染率为0.50%(1/200),低于实施前的4.00%(8/200),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.092,P=0.018)。结论在消毒供应室实施PDCA循环管理护理可有效加强质量控制,提高科室满意度,降低医院手术器械感染率。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation management nursing on a quality control of the disinfection supply room and the infection rate of hospital surgical instruments.Methods A total of 30 nursing management staff in the disinfection supply room were selected to carry out the routine management from July 2018 to December2018,and they were selected to carry out the PDCA circulation management from January 2019 to June 2019.A total of 200 pieces of surgical instruments were selected to evaluate and compare the scores of management quality,satisfaction degree of the department,and the infection rate of hospital surgical instruments before and after the implementation of the PDCA circulation management.Results After the implementation of the PDCA circulation management,the average packaging quality score was(95.63±3.74) points,the medical device management score was(96.57±2.07) points,the environmental management score was(97.02±2.43) points,and the disinfection and cleanout score was(97.10±2.34) points,which were higher than those before the implementation [(92.15±4.73) points,(92.51±4.45) points,(93.90±4.60) points,and(92.69±4.89)points,respectively],and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.003,0.000,0.002,0.000,respectively).After the implementation,the satisfaction degree was 100%(30/30),which was higher than that before the implementation,and differ?ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=.630,P=0.010).After the implementation,the infection rate of postoperative surgical instruments was 0.50%(1/200),which was lower than that before the implementation [4.00%(8/200)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.092,P=0.018).Conclusion The PDCA circulation management nursing in the disinfection supply room can effectively strengthen the quality control,improve the departmental satisfaction,and reduce the infection rate of hospital surgical instruments.
