摘要
医学人文实践能力是在实践中应用人文知识的能力及人文素养的展现,是医学生临床实践能力极为重要的组成部分。加强医学生人文实践能力,提高医学生整体素养是当前医学教育面临的重要任务。在分析医学人文实践能力的内涵和现状的基础上,探讨加强医学人文实践能力的有效途径:明确医学人文素养的培养目标,构建合理的医学人文课程体系,多途径、全方位提高师资队伍的人文素养水平,加强富于医学人文气息的校园文化建设。培养适应时代发展的医术精湛、医德高尚、身心健康的卓越医师。
Medical humanistic practice ability is the ability to apply humanistic knowledge in practice and the display of humanistic quality,and it is an important component of medical students’ clinical practice ability.It is an important task for medical education to strengthen medical students’ humanistic practice ability and improve their overall quality.On the analysis of the medical humanities,the basis of the connotation,and the present situation of practice ability,we should explore the effective ways to strengthen medical humanistic practice ability,definitely aim to the medical humanities education target,build reasonable medical humanities curriculum system,enhance the level of humanistic quality of the faculty with the multi-channel and omni-directional ways,and strengthen the medical humanistic characteristic campus culture construction,so as to train the excellent physicians with the superb medical skills,noble medical ethics,and physical and mental health,that adapt to the need of the development of the times.
