“五年一贯制”药学专业本硕联合培养模式探讨

On the“Five-year consistent system”of Pharmacy Undergraduates and Graduates Cultivation

国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目执行已逾十年,其为培养适应社会发展的创新型、复合型人才提供了重要的支持和保障。在项目实践过程中,很多参与项目的学生发现自己的兴趣所在和专业所长,将研究思路和方法延续到研究生学习阶段,而高水平研究导师则推进这一计划项目往纵深发展。基于此,探讨依托大学生创新创业训练计划项目推行"五年一贯制"药学专业本硕直升培养模式的重要意义和可行性,以更好地实施国家大学生创新创业训练计划,为药学研究生培养助力。

The national college students innovation and entrepreneurship training program has been implemented for more than ten years,which provides important support and guarantee for cultivating innovative and compound talents to adapt to social development.In the process of project practice,many students who participate in the project find their interests and professional expertise,and continue the research ideas and methods to the postgraduate study stage,while high-level research tutors promote the in-depth development of this project.Based on this,this paper discusses the significance and feasibility of implementing the five-year consistent system of pharmacy undergraduate and postgraduate training mode based on the project of college students innovation and entrepreneurship training plan,so as to better implement the national college students innovation and entrepreneurship training plan and provide better help for the cultivation of pharmaceutical postgraduates.
