摘要
应用型人才已成为地方本科高校人才培养的重要目标。实践教学作为课程教学体系中的重要环节,对实现应用型本科人才培养起着极其重要的作用。泰州学院医药与化学化工学院制药工程专业围绕地方支柱产业,以专业实践能力提升为抓手,进行应用型人才培养改革与实践,改革内容主要包括实践教学体系构建、学生创新创业精神培养、青年教师实践能力提升三个方面。
Applied talents have become an important goal of talent training in local undergraduate universities.Practice teaching,as an important link in the curriculum teaching system,plays an extremely important role in realizing the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents.The pharmaceutical engineering major of the School of Medicine,Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Taizhou University revolves around the local pillar industry,and takes the improvement of professional practice ability as the starting point to carry out the reform and practice of application-oriented talent training.The reform content mainly includes three aspects of the construction of a practical teaching system,the cultivation of student innovation and entrepreneurship,and the improvement of young teachers practical ability.
