Comparative Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Pharmaceutical Industry Innovation Systems

新药研发的成本不断提高,开发难度不断加大,开发周期不断增长,诸多不可控风险导致新药研发在经历近十年的快速发展后进入瓶颈期。制药公司应如何突破瓶颈期,将新药研发风险降到最低,与是否拥有一个好的产业创新体系密不可分。分析制药公司采用的创新战略,比较国内外医药产业创新体系的优缺点,参照国外医药产业发展形势,提出建立和完善我国医药产业创新体系的建议。

As the cost of new drug R&D continues to increase,the difficulty of development continues to increase,the development cycle continues to grow,and many uncontrollable risks lead to the bottleneck of new drug R&D after nearly a decade of rapid development.How pharmaceutical companies should break through the bottleneck period and minimize the risk of new drug development is closely related to whether they have a good industrial innovation system.This paper analyzes the innovation strategy adopted by pharmaceutical companies,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the innovation system of pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions on establishing and perfecting the innovation system of pharmaceutical industry in China according to the development situation of foreign pharmaceutical industry.
