国际中文教育发展的困境与突围--基于文化多样性视角

The Development of the International Chinese Education:Dilemmas and the Breakout--From the perspective of cultural diversity

世界文化多样性对国际中文教育在教育使命、教学对象、教学内容、教学模式、师资队伍以及外部教育环境六个方面分别提出了新的时代诉求。现基于文化多样性视角逐一提出以下突围路径:以构建“人类命运共同体”作为国际中文教育终极使命,实施“政治-经济-文化-教育”区域联动式发展策略实现教学对象精准化,构建课程“文化大概念”解决教学内容文化疏离现象,实施文化回应性教学确保教与学的文化一致性,培育国际中文教师社会主义核心价值观从而加强师资队伍建设,通过“内外兼修”助力当代中国软实力建设改善外部教育环境。以期通过以上路径,推动国际中文教育高质量发展。

The world cultural diversity has put forward new requirements for the development of international Chinese education from the following aspects:the educational mission,the target students,the teaching content,the teaching methods?the teaching staff and the external teaching environment.Strategies to promote the high quality development of education from the perspective of cultural diversity are as follows:to build a community with a shared future for mankind as the final mission;to implement regional linkage of politics,economy,cultural and education to realize the precision of the teaching target;to construct the“cultural big ideas”to solve the phenomenon of cultural alienation;to implement culturally responsive teaching to ensure the cultural consistency of teaching and learning;to cultivate the core socialist values among international Chinese teachers to strengthen the construction of teaching staff;to support China’s soft power construction to improve the external education environment.
