摘要
人才培养始终是高等学校的核心工作,高校深化教育教学改革的难点和痛点最终往往聚焦于课程改革。地方高师院校是培养应用型人才的重要基地,构建应用型课程体系,培养社会发展需要的高素质应用型专门人才,是地方高师院校的职责所在。在应用型大学转型背景下,从OBE理念对应用型人才培养的价值意蕴、应用型课程体系建设、践行OBE理念基本遵循的角度出发,探讨地方高师院校应用型课程体系构建的措施和途径,可以为地方高师院校应用型人才培养提供借鉴和参考。
Talent training is always the core work for colleges and universities. As the difficulty and pain point of deepening education and teaching reform in colleges and universities, curriculum reform has been ultimately focused on. Local normal colleges and universities are important bases for applied talent cultivation and responsible for the applied curriculum system construction and high-quality applied talents cultivation. Under the background of application-oriented transformation, measures and ways to construct the application-oriented curriculum system in local normal colleges and universities are explored herein from the perspectives of the value implication of OBE concept, the cultivation of application-oriented talents, the construction of application-oriented curriculum system and the basic compliance of OBE concept so that references would be provided for the cultivation of application-oriented talents in local normal universities.
