Valve body castings are widely used in power plant power generation equipment,and their airtightness and pressure resistance requirements are very high. After casting,these two indicators must be tested by hydraulic pressure test. This article describes the composition of the entire hydraulic test device and the method of operation during the field test. The whole device is easy to operate,high in safety and reliability,and can be recycled for the liquid used for pressing,which provides an effective solution for the high-pressure hydraulic test of the valve body casting.
