摘要 阀体铸件广泛应用于电厂发电设备,其密封性和耐压能力要求非常高,铸件在铸造完必须通过水压试验来检验这两项指标。本文详细描述了整套水压试验装置的组成及在现场试验过程中的操作方法。整套装置操作方便,安全可靠性高,对于打压用的液体也可以循环利用,为阀体铸件的高压水压试验提供了一种有效的解决办法。 Valve body castings are widely used in power plant power generation equipment,and their airtightness and pressure resistance requirements are very high. After casting,these two indicators must be tested by hydraulic pressure test. This article describes the composition of the entire hydraulic test device and the method of operation during the field test. The whole device is easy to operate,high in safety and reliability,and can be recycled for the liquid used for pressing,which provides an effective solution for the high-pressure hydraulic test of the valve body casting.
