摘要
岩石斗齿产品使用时容易断齿。通过宏观检查、基体材料化学成分分析、断口微观分析、能谱分析、硬度测试和金相检验等方法对斗齿进行了分析。结果表明,岩石斗齿存在轻微过热过烧现象,降低了材料韧性。此种缺陷形成原因有淬火温度偏高、保温时间偏长,或反复淬火。
Rock bucket teeth are easy to be broken when used.The failure mode and cause of the bucket teeth were analyzed by macro and micro observation,chemical composition analysis,energy spectrum analysis.hardness testing and metallographic examination.The results showed that the rock bucket teeth were slightly overheated and overburned,which reducedd the material toughness.The defect is due to high quenching temperature,long holding time or repeated quenching.
