“融杭”背景下黄山市特色小镇建设的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Characteristic Town in Huangshan City Under the Background of“Integrating into Hangzhou Metropolitan Area”

结合黄山市融入杭州都市圈的契机,由特色小镇的内涵和外延出发,借鉴杭州市特色小镇建设的经验,分析了黄山市在特色小镇建设上存在的不足,并从推进政策支持引导、加强特色产业培育、坚持“三生融合”理念、挖掘徽州文化底蕴四个方面提出了黄山市特色小镇建设的建议。

Combining the opportunity of Huangshan City’s integration into the Hangzhou metropolitan area,starting from the connotation and extension of characteristic town and learning from the experience of Hangzhou City’s characteristic town construction,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Huangshan City’s characteristic town construction,and then puts forward the suggestions for the construction of characteristic town in Huangshan City from the four aspects:advancing policy support and guidance,strengthening the cultivation of characteristic industries,adhering to the concept of“three-life integration”,and mining the Huizhou cultural heritage.
