摘要 领导者和员工执行力是企业成败的关键。研究领导者管理风格或者类型对于员工执行力的影响,将有助于企业全面发展。在界定包容型领导特征的基础上,分析了包容型领导对员工执行力提升的影响,包括提高员工对组织的认同、促进企业的变革、有利于员工建言、发挥榜样的作用等。从领导包容性培养、建立包容的企业文化、发挥正向激励作用、建立和谐人际关系等方面,探讨了包容型领导提升员工执行力的策略。 The executive ability of leaders and employees is the key to the success of an enterprise.Studying the influence of leader’s management style or type on employees’s executive ability will help the overall development of the enterprise.On the basis of defining the characteristics of inclusive leadership,this paper analyzes the impact of inclusive leadership on the improvement of employees’executive ability,including improving employees’recognition of the organization,promoting enterprise change,helping employees to make suggestions,and playing an example.In addition,the paper also discusses the strategy of inclusive leadership to improve employees’executive ability from the following aspects:leadership inclusive cultivation,establishing inclusive corporate culture,exerting positive incentives,building harmonious interpersonal relationships,etc.
