调解是社会工作的重要实践领域。在多元纠纷解决机制下,调解与社会工作在实践领域、价值定位、伦理原则、服务程序与技术等方面存在诸多契合,具有互构基础。调解与社会工作的互构路径为:“聚焦共性服务、挖掘通用理论”推动理论体系的互构,“理清专业特性、引入有益因素”推动价值与伦理的互构,“整合现有资源、实施嵌入发展”推动职业培训与认证的互构。互构将有利于加快调解专业化、职业化发展,有利于促进社会工作高质量发展,有利于加快构建新时代多元纠纷解决机制,有利于加强和创新社会治理。

Mediation is an important practice field of social work.Under the pluralistic dispute resolution mechanism,mediation and social work have many similarities in practice,value orientation,ethical principle,service procedure and technology,which have mutual construction basis.The paths of mutual construction between mediation and social work are as follows:"focusing on common services and mining general theories"to promote the mutual construction of theoretical system;"clarifying professional characteristics and introducing beneficial factors"to promote the mutual construction of value and ethics;"integrating existing resources and implementing embedded development"to promote the mutual construction of vocational training and certification.This is conducive to speeding up the specialization and professionalization of mediation,promoting the high-quality development of social work,accelerating the construction of a multi-dimensional dispute settlement mechanism in the new era,and strengthening and innovating social governance.
