摘要
目的:建立溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体([HMIM]Br)/十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(SDS)双水相紫外光谱法测定达那唑的方法。方法:在HAc-NaAc(pH=7.0)缓冲溶液中,以适量溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑离子液体和十二烷基硫酸钠溶液组成的双水相体系萃取达那唑,取富集相适当稀释,采用紫外光谱法对其进行定量分析。结果:在优化条件下,以吸光度对相应的达那唑浓度绘制工作曲线,线性范围为1.5~25.0μg/mL时,线性方程为F=0.002890+0.04978C(μg/mL),r=0.9997,检出限为0.82μg/mL(S/N=3),日内、日间精密度均小于5.0%,回收率大于90%。结论:本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,线性范围宽,操作简便,适用于达那唑胶囊中达那唑的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of danazol with 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazole bromide ionic liquid([HMIM]Br)/sodium dodecyl sulfate solution(SDS)aqueous two-phase ultraviolet spectroscopy.Methods In the HAc-NaAc(pH=7.0)buffer solution,the danazol was extracted with an aqueous two-phase system composed of[HMIM]Br and SDS.The enriched phase was appropriately diluted and quantitatively analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy.Results Under optimized conditions,the absorbance was plotted against the corresponding concentration of danazol.When the linear range was 1.5~25.0μg/mL,the linear equation was F=0.00289+0.04978C(μg/mL),r=0.9997.The detection limit was 0.82μg/mL(S/N=3),the intra-day and inter-day precision were both less than 5.0%,and the recovery rate was greater than 90%.Conclusion The method is proved to be sensitive,convenient,rapid and suitable for detecting the danazole content in capsule.
