山东省莒南县是一个传统的农业大县,随着近几年农业产业结构的不断调整和优化,该县农业产业化建设的步伐不断加快。但由于多种因素的影响,农产品质量安全仍存在很多不足。本文分析了山东省莒南县农产品质量安全方面存在的问题,探讨了莒南县农产品质量安全控制的具体方式及保障措施,包括健全和完善农产品质量安全体制机制建设、提高农产品质量安全水平、强化农产品质量监督等几个方面,以期进一步提高农产品质量检验检测和管理水平,保证农产品质量安全。

Jvnan county in Shandong province is a traditional agricultural county.With the continuous adjustment and optimization of agricultural industrial structure in recent years,the pace of agricultural industrialization construction in this county is accelerating.However,due to a variety of factors,there are many deficiencies in the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper discussed the specific ways and safeguard measures of agricultural product quality control in Jvnan county,including perfecting the construction of agricultural product quality and safety system,improving the level of agricultural product quality and safety,strengthening the supervision of agricultural product quality,etc.,in order to improve the level of agricultural product quality inspection and quality management,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of agricultural product quality and safety inspection data.
