摘要
随着技术的变革,管道焊缝检验技术也得到了发展。经过三次科技革命,在管道焊缝检验领域中逐步确立了超声波检验技术的主体地位,应用该技术,能够以更少的能耗和更低的成本,实现管道焊缝的高精度、高效检测。本文介绍了超声波检验技术的优势,分析了探头参数选择对探伤率的影响,为管道焊缝超声波检测装置设计提供借鉴和参考。
With the change of technology,the pipeline weld inspection technology has also been developed.After three scientific and technological revolutions,the dominant position of ultrasonic inspection technology has been gradually established in the field of the pipeline weld inspection.The application of this technology can achieve high-precision and efficient detection of the pipeline welds with less energy consumption and lower cost.This paper introduces the advantages of the ultrasonic testing technology,and analyzes the influence of the probe parameter selection on the detection rate so as to provide reference for the design of the ultrasonic testing devices for the pipeline welds.
