“分解主客法”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect of the method of decomposing the subject and the object on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:以“分解主客法”为理论基础,探讨院内制剂慢萎颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者的临床疗效。方法:80例CAG患者随机分2组,治疗组40例用慢萎颗粒治疗,对照组40例用胃复春片治疗。观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后中医临床症状(胃脘部痞塞或胃胀痛、嗳气、反酸、纳差、乏力)平均积分、胃镜下黏膜像、黏膜萎缩程度得以改善,总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组血清PGⅠ、PGR平均值上升更为明显(P<0.01)。结论:“分解主客法”治疗CAG,疗效确切,可能是通过影响患者血清PGⅠ及PGR水平起治疗作用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the hospital preparation Manwei Granule on the treat⁃ment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)based on the theory of“decomposing the subject and the ob⁃ject”.Methods:A total of 80 patients with CAG were randomly divided into treatment group(treated with Manwei Granule)and control group(treated with Weifuchun Tablet),with 40 patients in each group,and clinical outcome was observed after treatment.Results:After treatment,the treatment group had improvements in the mean scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(stomach bilges or epigastric pain,belching,acid reflux,poor appetite,and weakness),mucosal image on gastroscopy,and the degree of mucosal atrophy,with a significantly better clinical out⁃come than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly great⁃er increases in mean serum pepsinogen I(PG I)level and pepsinogenⅠ/Ⅱratio(PGR)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of“decomposing the subject and the object”has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of CAG,possibly by affecting serum PGI and PGR.
