摘要
目的:了解护士心理弹性和职业生命质量的相关性,为护理管理提供参考。方法:通过便利抽样法,采用心理弹性量表、职业生命质量对四川省321名护士开展调查。结果:护士心理弹性总分(83.03±17.95),职业生命质量总分(105.64±19.85);相关分析显示,护士心理弹性和职业生命质量呈正相关(r=0.590,P<0.01);回归分析显示:护士职称、心理弹性(自强)可正向预测职业生命质量,婚姻状况可负向预测职业生命质量。结论:持续保持护士较高的心理弹性水平,加强对护士的身心关注度,生活关注度,压力关注度,提高职业生命质量,提升护理服务水平。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between mental resilience and quality of work life in nurs⁃es,and to provide a reference for nursing management.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to sur⁃vey 321 nurses in Sichuan Province,China,using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Quality of Work Life Scale.Results:The total scores of nurses,mental resilience and quality of work life were 83.03±17.95 and 105.64±19.85,respectively.The correlation analysis showed that mental resilience was positively correlated with quality of work life in these nurses(r=0.590,P<0.01).The regression analysis showed that nurses’job title and mental resil⁃ience(self-reliance)could positively predict their quality of work life,while the marital status could negatively pre⁃dict their quality of work life.Conclusion:We should continue to maintain a relatively high level of mental resil⁃ience for nurses,pay more attention to their physical and mental conditions,life,and stress,and improve their quali⁃ty of work life and the level of nursing service.
