摘要
有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料因其具有光吸收系数大、扩散长度大、载流子迁移率高、以及制备工艺简单已成为目前光电领域的明星材料,在太赫兹调制和太赫兹器件等领域具有广泛的应用前景。我们主要对基于有机无机钙钛矿材料的太赫兹波调制器件进行了综述,介绍和分析了太赫兹可调谐超材料的研究现状、有机无机杂化钙钛矿的结构和性质和太赫兹调制机理、以及总结了有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料在太赫兹调制和全介质超表面等领域的最新应用,指出有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料目前存在的主要问题和发展前景,以及为基于有机无机杂化钙钛矿在高性能调制和成像方面应用提供理论依据和指导。
The organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has become a star material in the field of optoelectronics due to its large optical absorption coefficient,large diffusion length,high carrier mobility and simple preparation process,and has a wide application for terahertz modulation and terahertz devices.Here,Terahertz modulator based on organic and inorganic perovskite materials were summarized.Firstly,the paper introduces and analyzing the current research status of tunable terahertz metamaterials,structures and properties of the organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite,and THz modulation mechanism.Then,we summarize the new applications of perovskite materials in THz modulation and all-dielectric metasurfaces.Finally,we point out the existing main problems and development prospects of the organic inorganic hybrid perovskite materials,and provide theory basis and instruction for high performance modulation and imaging applications of the organic and inorganic hybrid perovskite.
