中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区经济合作的影响因素及前景研究

随着世界经济中心的东移,东北亚地区日益成为世界经济的火车头,这一地区经济发展充满活力,中国更是迅速发展为世界第二大经济体。在本世纪初,俄罗斯依靠能源优势经济迅速发展。但是在克里米亚入俄事件后,俄罗斯受到了西方国家的经济制裁,这导致俄罗斯的经济发展受到了一定的限制。在这种情况下,俄罗斯选择了经济、政治与外交的东移。俄罗斯远东地区拥有着丰富的自然资源,地域辽阔,具有很大的经济发展潜力,但是人烟稀少没有得到充分的开发。同样,中国东北地区近年来经济发展缓慢面临一系列的问题。由于俄远东地区与中国东北地区毗邻,二者拥有丰富的自然资源,两国也都在政策上给予了支持,因此俄远东地区与中国东北地区的经济合作具有很大的潜力。

In recent years, with the eastward shift of the world economic center, Northeast Asia has increasingly become the locomotive of the world economy. The economic development of this region is full of vitality, and China has rapidly developed into the world’s second largest economy. At the beginning of this century, Russia relied on its energy advantages to develop rapidly. However, after Crimea’s entry into Russia, Russia was subjected to economic sanctions by Western countries, which led to certain restrictions on Russia’s economic development. In this case, Russia chose to move eastward in economic, political and diplomatic relations. Russia’s Far East is rich in natural resources, a vast area and great potential for economic development, but it is sparsely populated and has not been fully developed. Similarly, the slow economic development in Northeast China in recent years has faced a series of problems. Because Russia’s Far East and Northeast China are adjacent to each other, they have abundant natural resources, and both countries have provided policy support. Therefore, there is great potential for economic cooperation between the Russian Far East and Northeast China.
